EXPLORATIONBASE

(EXPLORATIONBASE). Also known as EXI-BASE for short. Is my midterm project while in the (Circuit Stream) boot Camp.

(EXPLORATIONBASE). Is an Adventure exploration, Action, First-Person -Shooter, where the player Stumbles upon what appears to be an abandoned Island.

You are an Explorer at sea. All of a sudden Your boat breaks down and in the distance you see a Mysterious Island, With no other decisions you swim to it. You get to the island but it's completely deserted. Something doesn't feel right here. A small building on the island, you go and check it out. the door is unlocked, that's when you step inside….  The inside of the building will have a grim dark tone. some sort of research technical Laboratory. a sense of people used to live here and study and create something. but  clearly by the looks of everything something went completely wrong. The door behind you closes; you are now trapped inside and have know choice to progress forward.

Looking back now this game is very Similar in terms of exploration and Adventure to an earlier project I made called (CUBEATTACK). This game is a more refined version of that game, Which shows my Improvement in skills with working with the tools and just getting better in general at game design and development. Also both games were heavily inspired by my all-time favorite video game Bioshock, In terms of environmental storytelling so I think that's where the similarities come from for me. Overall I'm very happy with how this project came out and hopefully to add to it in the future.
